Lack of content and then some

Hello guys and dolls,

I apologize for lack of content. Unfortunately, my husband had been hospitalized and I have had no time to breath, let alone write. I've been playing "the game of catch-up." As most of my followers know I do have Lupus. I, did the seven day stint with absolutely no help from anyone. With thee exception of a caring friend who came by to help me with errands, that was it. 

I, have been tired and rundown, but with Gods love and mercy do my best to keep going. I will do my best to add some content this week. For now let me leave you with my adorable hamster girl Lady Ginger. Godspeed

My personal introduction

I'd like to share a bit about myself and my journey of how I started with the benefits of using essential oils. I could make this into a novel, but I will have to leave that for another time. The end of my twenty-sixth birthday brought to me the diagnosis of Lupus. Lupus is:

For some with Lupus, comes the toxic use of steroids and other anti-inflammatory medicine's that can cause adverse symptoms, years after you use them. This is my story; I developed chronic gastritis and duodenitis. I, am now on medicine to help treat ulcers and the erosion's, I now have in my stomach.

This is a brief history of my journey with Lupus. I, also have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, which at times, causes anxiety and depression. Part of it was caused by the death of my mother and the other, from sexual assault and rape. I looked into the "holistic" uses of essential oils, for those who suffer from joint pain, fatigue, fibromyalgia, etc. Then, I started researching the use of aromatherapy (essential oil's) for relaxation, meditation, anxiety, etc...

I, have to say, that I love them and am glad they are in my life. I, continue to learn as much as I can about the risks, benefits and many uses for essential oils. Since, one of my many passions, is arts and handicrafts, as well as recipes, I am able to incorporate the uses of my oils into these things. Looking into the purchase of essential oils

Most Nature food stores carry an array of essential oil and aromatherapy products. I use the terms interchangeably. Since, I was not looking to pay a great deal for the oils; I did research online and found you can become a consultant or a member and purchase, quality oils at a discount.

I will include the organizations, which I am a consultant and a member of. Feel free; to do your research and see for yourself, what company would suit your needs. I am an Architect Consultant with Simply Aroma and a member Young Living.

I'm so excited to be starting and sharing my blog with all of you in Cyberspace Land!  I, have been super busy and never got around to blogging.  I, have so much to share and I do hope you will follow my every blogging move. Well, I am sure I have you guessing who I am and what I have to say.  This is going to be very long.  Whether, I meet you in person or via the "World Wide Web", I feel it is good to know a bit about the person and what makes them tick. In my case - Tick-Tock:) As you journey with me, about my love for arts and crafts and my many other interests. I'd like you to get to know me. Let this be our time together. Our journey:)    Actually, what I'm about to write is just a start - noting earth shattering just some basics, such as "In the Beginning" and then there was me!!!!!!!!! So here goes.   In the Beginning I was born in America in the year 19?? LOL. I was adopted by my grandparents, (Raymond Richard and Elizabeth Theresa O'Hare), at the age of six (6). My biological father, Hans Peter Horatschek - not the original spelling, was born in Stugartt Germany and My biological mother, Elizabeth Theresa Ann O'Hare, in American, to a descendant of the original eighty kings of Ireland, who is also Native American. Cherokee.   I, was born into Irish Royalty (More of that at a later date.) My maternal side is - Native American, Irish, Spanish, Italian (Mediterranean), Scottish (British).  My parental side is - German, Czechoslovakian, Austrian, and Jewish.   I, grew up on Long Island and was born in Bay shore''s South- side Hospital. My residence at the time was in Central Islip, living with my birth parents.
